One Strand is a prestigious 8 floor building located near Trafalgar Square in the heart of London that was undergoing a significant refurbishment exercise. As the Lift Service provider since 2016, Classic was asked to support with the design and modernisation of the 11No passenger lifts.

Solutions

Classic modernised 11No passenger lifts (2No groups of four and 3No firefighting lifts) utilising high end equipment specified by the clients lift consultant, Orbex Vertical Transportation Consulting. The refurbished lift entrances and cars are executed to a high standard and marry with existing fittings creating a seamless between the building and lift finishes.
