Our 80 senior leaders met to discuss building great teams to deliver great customer outcomes
Senior leaders from across andwis Group companies assembled this week for our 2024 conference.
It was fantastic to welcome 80 stakeholders and senior management from each of the businesses. This was our opportunity to celebrate and review our journey to date, as well as share our vision for the future with the wider team.
In true andwis spirit, the camaraderie in the room was electric, a sure sign of the relationships and drive across the andwis Group companies that continue to affirm our position as the leader of technical building services.
A key topic of conversation was how we can invest in training and developing our teams and supporting our culture to drive great customer outcomes.
